This is not the case and therefor I have to assume that every live stream is potentially illegal. If Twitch shut down illegal streams instantly, I would re-enable the "feature" right away because I can be 100% sure that a live stream is a legal stream. Twitch, though, gives me no option to detect, if a stream is legal or not.
